Refunds & Returns Policy
All sales are final. By making a payment or deposit, the client has committed and agreed to purchase the item, therefore no cancellations or refunds will be made after this step.
We trust that clients ask all the needed information before placing an order. This should includes details such as color references, measurements, production years and prices. Detailed pictures and product description is provided to the client at all times. Items cannot be returned if the item colour or size did not meet the client expectation.
A client will only qualify for a refund if the items were proven not original based on evidence and not opinions. To qualify in this case for a full refund the item must be returned in the same condition and in its original packaging. Once we receive the item, the client will be notified, an assessment will be made and the customer will be notified that they are eligible for a refund or not. If approved, a full refund will be made via bank transfer.
Refund requests would be rejected if the customer did not notify Luxury Vault by email (info@luxuryvault.com) within 3 days of receiving the item.
